What is the OOS Points reward program?
OOS Points is a loyalty program for retail customers. Customers earn OOS Points on every purchase with O.O.S. Medical and can redeem OOS Points for a discount on future purchases from O.O.S. Medical.
It's our way of rewarding our retail customers for being loyal to us.
Who is eligible for the OOS Points reward program?
Only individual retail customers who pay the regular retail price are eligible for the OOS Points program.
I am an individual retail customer. How do I enroll?
Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the program once they are entered into our customer database - there is no account number to remember or membership card to keep. If you are an existing retail customer that meets the eligibility criteria then you are already enrolled in the program!
How many OOS Points do I earn?
You will earn 1 OOS Point for each $1 spent on products purchased, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
OOS Points can be earned on all eligible orders regardless of whether they were placed by phone, fax or through the Ostomyweb.com online shop.
Occassionally there may be promotions on certain products where you would earn more than 1 OOS Point for each dollar spent.
How do I redeem my OOS Points?
OOS Points can be redeemed to receive a discount on an order placed with us. To redeem OOS Points on an order, you must call O.O.S. Medical (1-800-387-5150) to place your order, and tell us how many of your OOS Points you want to redeem.
To redeem OOS Points on an order placed through the OstomyWeb.com online shop, simply let us know the number of OOS Points you would like to redeem in the "Additional Instructions" section in Step 1 of the Checkout process.
How much of a discount will I get when I redeem my OOS Points?
It depends on how many of your OOS Points you want to redeem. The more you redeem, the bigger the discount. The minimum number of OOS Points that can be redeemed on any order is 1000 OOS Points. A redemption of 1000 OOS Points is equivalent to a $10 discount.
The table below lists some examples of OOS Points redemptions, and the corresponding discount:

You cannot redeem more OOS Points than the value of the order you are redeeming them against.
How can I check how many OOS Points I have in my account?
You can call O.O.S. Medical (1-800-387-5150) and our staff will inform you of how many OOS Points you have. Your OOS Points balance, along with the number of points earned and/or redeemed, will be shown on your invoice for any purchases you make with us.
Currently, you cannot view your OOS Points balance online.
What about backordered items?
If your order contains backordered items, you will earn the OOS Points on the backordered items when the items are in stock and the second invoice is issued.
If you are redeeming OOS Points against an order containing backordered items, your the redeemed OOS Points will be deducted from your balance immediately when you place the order.
Other terms and conditions
- OOS Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed against product purchases with O.O.S. Medical.

O.O.S. Medical, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel enrollment and eliminate the OOS Points balance of any account, at any time without advance notice.

In the event of a dispute relating to the number of OOS Points in a customer account, the value in O.O.S. Medical's database will be deemed as the correct OOS Points balance.
